Pangi menegaskan, jika aksi damai 411 dipolitisasi oleh pihak tertentu, maka seharusnya dengan jumlah massa yang mencapai jutaan, dan ditambah adanya kesepakan bersama antara militer dan massa, sangatlah mungkin dan mudah menjatuhkan rezim Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) malam itu. Tapi faktanya, hal itu tidak terjadi dan ini menepis dugaan adanya kudeta.
Pangi menilai, jika kemarin terdapat deal-deal politik termasuk kesepakatan bersama antara militer dan massa, maka sangat mudah membuat presiden jatuh, karena menumbangkan presiden dengan massa yang jumlahnya jutaan bukan hal yang mustahil.
"Kalau saja militer main mata dengan aksi massa atau terjadi kompromi politik berupa persekongkolan jahat, selesai Presiden Jokowi. Militer yang didukung rakyat bisa memuluskan kudeta," ujar Pangi melalui pesan singkatnya, Kamis (10/11/2016)
Hal itu juga disebut Pangi sebagai bukti bahwa TNI sangat solid dan loyal melindungi rakyat, menjaga persatuan dan keberagaman bangsa Indonesia, serta tetap setia di bawah komando Presiden Jokowi.
"Karena militer solid dan setia kepada rezim Presiden Jokowi, tak ada yang berkhianat. Opini sesat, kalau kemudian menguatnya isu kudeta gagal yang dipancarkan hanya opini kudeta di dunia maya," tutur Pangi.
Pangi menambahkan, bahwa yang mampu melakukan kudeta terhadap pemimpin negara adalah militer yang dilengkapi dengan persenjataan lengkap.
"Di mana-mana yang bisa melakukan kudeta adalah militer, rakyat nggak punya senjata. Nggak ada sejarah kudeta rakyat. Militer yang punya senjata. Kemarin ada nggak militer mengeluarkan satu pelor saja, ugal-ugalan menembak rakyat? Di mana mana biasanya rakyat hanya sekedar pemantik kudeta," papar Pangi.

Lebih jauh Pangi mengatakan, jika ada dugaan demo 411 dipolitisasi, maka presiden mesti menjajaki dan menelusuri siapa aktor politik yang menungangi di balik demontrasi kemarin agar opini tersebut tidak menjadi liar. Apabila hal tersebut benar adanya, presiden bisa mencegah kemungkinan negatif yang akan terjadi.
