Video ini dibuka dengan adegan ketika satu pasangan suami-istri diantar seorang anggota POLRI membawa anak balitanya ke RS. Mereka menuju ke Poli Rawat Jalan RS (bukan UGD) sehingga harus mengambil nomor antrian. Nomor yang didapat adalah nomor 27, padahal saat itu pasien yang mendapat giliran pelayanan baru sampai nomor 11.
