Dalam Video berdurasi 2 menit 40 detik, seorang pria yang mengaku bernama Niko Panji Tirtayasa, menyebutkan adanya kesaksian palsu, terkait persidangan kasus suap pengurusan sengketa Pilkada di Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK).
Niko yang juga mengaku sebagai keponakan Muhtar Effendi, mengungkapkan sebuah fakta bahwa dirinya pernah memberikan kesaksian palsu, atas perintah lawan politik pasangan Romi Herton-Harnojoyo, yakni Sarimuda.
Tidak hanya itu, sambil menunjukkan bukti transfer, Niko menyampaikan penyesalan mengucapkan permintaan maaf kepada pamannya, Muhtar Effendi atas kejahatannya yang telah memberikan kesaksian palsu pada persidangan yang sudah menyebabkan, dua kepala daerah yakni Romi Herton yang saat itu menjabat Walikota Palembang terpilih, Budi Antoni Al-Jufri Bupati Kabupaten Empat Lawangn bersama istrinya masing-masing harus dipenjara.
“Saya dibayar oleh KPK dan lawan dari Romi Herton, Sarimuda CS serta lawan dari Bupati Empat Lawang Budi Antoni Al-Jufri, Jonci Muhammad CS melalui pria bernama Firdaus dan Ariwijaya,” sampainya sambil menunjukkan bukti transfer, seperti dikutip dari RMOLSumsel.
Melalui beberapa lembar kertas, Niko juga menunjukkan sebuah bukti tranfer yang dikirim ke rekening atas nama istrinya Andriani Sabar, yang beralamat di Karangtengah RT 02 RW 07 Desa Lamajang Kecamatan Pangalengan Kab. Pangalengan Bandung.
Beberapa bukti tranfer yang ditunjukkan, beberapa kali bukti transfer dari KPK, Firdaus dan Ajuar Bidui. Semua rekening khusus dibuat untuk menerima transfer dari pihak KPK, maupun transfer dari Bapak Sarimuda CS, maupun Joncik CS untuk pembayaran bersaksi bohong di penyidik KPK maupun di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat.
“Saya siap membongkar semua fakta atas kasus ini dan mengucapkan permintaan maaf khususnya untuk paman saya yang juga menjadi tersangka kasus sengketa Pilkada, Muhtar Effendi,” tuturnya.
Menyikapi hal tersebut, salah satu tokoh pemuda Palembang Dedi Irawan menyayangkan adanya pengakuan yang mengatakan jika ia telah memberikan kesaksian palsu yang menyebabkan beberapa kepala daerah di Sumsel harus dipenjara, dan membuat cukup kekacauan suasana politik Kota Palembang.
“Saya sudah tonton videonya. Jika memang benar, hal itu harus ada tindakan hukum dari pihak yang berkompeten,” jelasnya via pesan singkat, Minggu (7/5).
Lebih lanjut disampaikan aktifis Pemuda Demokrat Indonesia ini, ada juga hal yang sangat disesalkan sekali dari pengakuan tersebut.
Dimana, ternyata di balik penangkapan Romi Herton dan istrinya Masyitoh, ternyata ada aktor yang disebutkan adalah lawan politiknya pada Pilkada Kota Palembang 2013 lalu.
“Benarkah aktornya Sarimuda? Jika menang benar sangat disesalkan sekali, jika memang ternyata dibalik penangkapannya ternyata salah satu sutradaranya Sarimuda, seperti yang disebutkan dalam video.
