Dalam video tersebut, terlihat seperti orang yang berbaju hitam tersebut menolak jika temannya diturunkan karena merokok.
Petugas yang menggunakan seragam putih itu pun memarahi orang tersebut karena yang bermasalah di sini bukan dirinya.
Petugas tersebut dengan tegas memberitahu orang tersebut jika ikut campur masalah temannya yang kedapatan merokok di gerbong kereta tersebut maka dia juga akan diturunkan.

Petugas tersebut menyampaikan kepada orang yang diturunkan, jika ada keluhan ada komplain lebih baik langsung ke humas, dan melanjutkan perjalanannya menggunakan bus."
Akhirnya dua orang tersebut pasrah dan harus dipisahkan.
