Terbentuknya Difa tak lepas dari peran Triyono (34), warga Krajan, Godean Sleman. Triyono bercerita, ide ini berawal dari keinginan para penyandang disabilitas di Yogyakarta untuk menjadi pengemudi salah satu ojek berbasis online.
Namun, saat dia menghubungi, pihak manajemen tidak menerima. Pasalnya, keterbatasan mereka dinilai tidak sesuai dengan standar pengemudi yang dicari.
"Awalnya mereka ingin masuk ke ojek online, saat saya hubungi manajemen bilang tidak bisa. Alasannya mereka tidak memenuhi standar driver ya kan difabel," ucap Triyono kepada Kompas.comdi acara Ekspo Wirausaha Muda Mandiri di Graha Sabha Pramana UGM, Kamis (10/3/2016).
Namun, jawaban tersebut tak lantas membuat Triyono menyerah. Dia lalu mencoba mencari solusi dengan membuat sistem ojek sendiri.
Untuk membiayai sistem tersebut, dia pun harus berkeliling ke sejumlah perusahaan untuk meminta bantuan corporate social responsibility (CSR).
"Saya muter kanan kiri, keluar masuk perusahaan untuk mencari CSR. Saya ingin bantuan yang berikan bukan untuk sesaat, tetapi berguna untuk mencari pendapatan," tegasnya.
Setelah mendapat bantuan dana, dia lantas mengambar model ojek roda tiga yang nyaman dan aman bagi penumpang maupun pengemudinya. Akhirnya, dia mendapat rekanan bengkel yang mampu mengaplikasikan ide ojek roda tiganya.
Dia mengaku, sampai saat ini, pihaknya masih mencari sponsor untuk menambah armada.
"Yang sudah ada sekarang 20 armada, masih banyak yang antri menunggu. Saya masih mencari lagi, baik CSR atau sponsor iklan, jadi nanti logo perusahaan bisa dipasang di Ojek dan jaket," tambahnya.
Menurut dia, 20 armada ojek roda tiga ini sudah mulai beroprasi di Yogyakarta sejak tahun 2015. Tarif Ojek Difa ditentukan oleh jauh atau dekat jarak yang ditempuh.
"Kita menggunakan sistem jauh dekat, nego. Jadi ada komunikasi aktif antara driver dengan penumpang. Intinya bisa buat bensin dan tidak rugi lah," urainya.
Lebih sejahtera
Lulusan Peternakan UNS Solo ini mengaku awalnya sulit bagi para difabel untuk menjadi pengemudi. Sebagian besar dari mereka tidak percaya diri karena keterbatasan fisik yang mereka miliki.
"Sulit sekali, Mas, banyak difabel yang tidak percaya diri. Saya harus pelan-pelan mendekati dari hati ke hati, dan satu per satu mereka akhirnya bergabung," ujarnya.
Dari pendekatan itu, akhirnya ada sekitar 20 orang difabel yang menjadi anggota Difa pada tahun 2015.
Menurut Triyono, sebelum bergabung dengan Difa, awalnya mereka hanya mencari uang dengan minta-minta di jalan, jualan sayur dan bahkan ada yang sama sekali tidak kerja.
"Ada yang sampai tidak diakui keluarganya karena difabel. Dihapus dari KK dan tidak punya KTP, lalu saya ajak jadi driver," tegasnya.
Setelah menjadi pengemudi di Difa, para penyandang disabilitas yang awalnya hanya mendapat penghasilan Rp 10.000-Rp 20.000 per hari, sekarang bisa membawa pulang uang Rp 100.000 dalam sehari, bahkan lebih.
"Pendapatan mereka naik, itu yang saya syukuri dan inginkan," tegasnya.
Menurut dia, uang total dari hasil menarik dibagi dua dengan perusahaan sebesar 30:70. Uang untuk perusahaan ini, guna membayar karyawan kantor dan untuk menambah armada.
"70 persen untuk driver, 30 kantor. Kita kan bayar karyawan, lalu harus memproduksi armada lagi karena banyak yang belum dapat armada," tandasnya.
Selain melayani jasa antar, Difa juga siap mengantar penumpang jika ingin tur keliling kota.
Tak hanya itu, Triyono juga merangkul para penyandang disabilitas yang memiliki produk-produk, seperti kuliner, madu hingga kerajinan. Para pengemudi Ojek Difa akan membantu mengantarkan produk yang dipesan ke pembelinya.
"Kan ada difabel yang usaha kreatif dan kuliner, mereka kita rangkul. Lalu kita juga kerja sama dengan kuliner-kuliner di Yogya untuk mengantarkan pesanan," tandasnya.
Triyono berharap, munculnya Difa bisa menginspirasi para difabel di kota-kota lain untuk melakukan hal yang sama.
"Harapan saya bisa menginspirasi sehingga muncul Difa di kota-kota lain sehingga difabel bisa mendapat penghasilan yang lebih besar dari sebelumnya," ucapnya.
Menurut dia, apa yang dilakukannya bukan semata-mata demi uang. Dia ingin membantu para difabel menjadi mandiri dan mendapat penghasilan yang cukup. Dengan kemauan yang keras, maka semua hal bisa dilakukan.
