”Jangan sampai seorang lelaki berdua-duaan dengan seorang perempuan. Jika terjadi makhluk ketiganya adalah setan.” (HR Ahmad 177,At- Turmudzi 2165, dan dishahihkan Syuaib al-Arnauth).

Abu Ishaq as-Syaerozi – ulama syafiiyah – (w 476 H) menyatakan,

ويكره أن يصلي الرجل بامرأة أجنبية ; لما روي أن النبي قال : لا يخلون رجل بامرأة فإن ثالثهما الشيطان
